Unique miniature two volume set of 154 yellow periwinkle shells with 154 drawings periwinkle shells, bound in alum-tawed goat leather. The shells are from Casco Bay, Maine. The pages for the book are a single sheet of Twinrocker handmade paper, 22” x 30,” painted with acrylics to evoke the ocean, then cut and folded and sewn onto cords with sewn two-color headbands. A blind stamp of a shell-like spiral finishes the cover. Each shell in the box is drawn in the book using a micron archival ink pen.
